The Karakalpak yurt is included in the Guinness World Records
The yurt erected in the "Oq qush" (White Swan) complex in Nukus is included in the Guinness World Records as the Karakalpak National Yurt, with the largest diameter measuring 40.5 meters.
A solemn ceremony to award the certificate took place today. The event was attended by Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan Amanbai Orynbaev, Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Khudaibergenov Tursinkhan, heads of state institutions, representatives of youth, and the media.
