"Rally Muynak – 2025": Speed, Courage, and New Horizons for the Development of Extreme Tourism

In order to promote extreme tourism, stimulate the growth of foreign tourists, and develop domestic tourism potential, a large-scale Uzbekistan Championship, "Rally Muynak – 2025," was held from May 23 to 25 in the Muynak district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. This significant and landmark initiative was organized by the "Vatanparvar" organization with the support of the Tourism Committee, the Jokargy Kenes, and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

The three-day vibrant and dynamic event took place on the Ustyurt Plateau and the seabed of the Aral Sea, creating a unique backdrop for thrilling races. Over 120 professional drivers from Uzbekistan participated in the competition, showcasing their skills on 40 cars, 25 motorcycles, and 15 buggies. Held for the sixth time, the "Rally Muynak – 2025" extreme driving competition is considered one of the most iconic and spectacular events in the region's extreme motorsport scene, attracting speed enthusiasts, the brave, and masters of driving from around the world.

The key goal of the extreme driving championship is to develop the region’s tourism potential, attract new streams of visitors, expand sports and festival tourism areas, and promote motorsport among the younger generation.

Competitors demonstrated their skills on sports cars in the "A-8" category with engine capacities up to 1600 cm³, "A-9" with engines up to 2000 cm³, thrilling buggie races with engines up to 2000 cm³, and dynamic motorcycle races with engine capacities of 125 cm³ and 500 cm³. This variety of classes created an atmosphere of speed, adrenaline, and excitement.

The event's packed competition program was complemented by vibrant performances from musical groups, creating an atmosphere of inspiration and high spirits.

The winners of the prestigious "Rally Muynak – 2025" championship were awarded special honors—prizes of great value from the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. On behalf of the leadership of the Central Council of the Organization for Defense Assistance of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Vatanparvar", the Tourism Committee, the Jokargy Kenes, and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, commemorative gifts were presented to the coaches of the athletes and the competition judges. This support promotes further development of motorsport, strengthens traditions, and enhances the popularity of extreme sports in the region.

The event became a vibrant occasion that not only brings together athletes and extreme sports enthusiasts but also helps shape the country's image as a dynamic and attractive tourist destination.
